The Fetco CBS-1221 Plus Series (E1221US-1X117-MM001) is a versatile single station airpot coffee brewer, ideal for low- to medium-volume self-service environments such as convenience stores, cafeterias, specialty coffee shops, and office coffee service. Featuring dual voltage capability (120V or 208-240V), this model adapts easily to a variety of installation requirements and delivers reliable performance with the legendary Extractor® brewing system. The standard metal brew basket (10.6" x 4.5") provides excellent heat retention and consistent extraction for commercial use.

This brewer offers a digital push button interface, three programmable batch sizes, and a cascading spray dome for even saturation and optimal extraction. Safety is enhanced with a brew basket sensor that prevents hot water discharge when the basket is removed. Additional features include a manual hot water faucet, ECO mode for energy savings, a USB port for recipe management, and a laser-welded tank for long-lasting durability. The CBS-1221 is factory preset for plug-and-play operation and features interchangeable, front-access components for easy maintenance.
