If your order is damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right through a swift replacement or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Review Your Items
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a return.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our guest experience team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Package and Label
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
